Dorothy Greet invites you on a journey to amazing good health and vitality through plant-based eating.


A heart attack at age 70 turned her life upside down and led her on a journey to studying and teaching about plant-based nutrition.


Now, with a Cornell Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition, this retired clergywoman has written a book, Go Veg with Class, blogs about her journey, and teaches free classes to community groups upon request.

Colin Campbell, Ph.D., Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell, is a scholar, researcher, educator, lecturer, writer and food and health policy expert.  His life and work are featured in the life-changing documentary film FORKS OVER KNIVES. His clarity, courage and conviction in the face of confusing scientific and medical reports are evident to anyone seeking nutritional truth for optimal health.

In 2017, Dorothy met Dr. Ruth Heidrich while traveling in Hawaii.  Dr. Heidrich is a breast cancer survivor and vegan tri-athlete, who  was featured in documentary 

Forks Over Knives.  


Two years after her diagnosis, Dr. Heidrich was the first cancer patient and the first vegan to cross the finish line of the Kona Ironman Triathlon!
